2. Simulation Environment

The Simulation Environment is a risk-free, virtual setting that does not involve real money.

No actual trading, deposits, or withdrawals occur in the Simulation Environment.

Outcomes, balances, and performance in simulation are for training and entertainment only and do not reflect real-world results.

3. Real-Money Environment

In the Real-Money Environment, you may make deposits and withdrawals via supported payment gateways and blockchain assets (as made available by the Platform).

Maintenance Fee: All real trades are subject to a maintenance fee calculated based on order quantity and leverage. The exact calculation and rates may vary; see the then-current [Fee Schedule/Help Center link].

4. System Maintenance & Trading Locks

Maintenance Windows: The system undergoes maintenance every 8 hours at [00:00], [08:00], and [16:00] [TIME ZONE] (the “Maintenance Times”).

Trading Lock: From T−3 minutes to T+2 minutes around each Maintenance Time, the system is locked and all orders will be automatically closed.

Example: if a Maintenance Time is 08:00, the lock runs from 07:57 to 08:02.

You are responsible for monitoring Maintenance Times and managing positions accordingly.

5. Auto-Close Rules & Order Lifetime

To protect user funds, if an order’s unrealized P&L falls to or below the Auto-Close Threshold shown below, the system automatically closes the order. Each leverage tier also has a maximum lifetime.

6. Market Data

Price data displayed in the app is sourced from live market feeds where available.

Such data is provided “as is,” for informational and illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or completeness.

7. No Financial Advice — Gaming/Entertainment Only

The Platform does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice.

The Platform is a gaming/entertainment environment. Any information, including prices and performance metrics, is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

8. Account Access & Security

You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to your account and devices.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

9. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken in the Platform, including orders placed in either environment.

The Platform is not liable for any losses (actual or simulated) arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Additional Terms

Eligibility: You confirm you are legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Use: You will not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Modifications: We may update these Terms and will post the revised Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes will be resolved via [COURTS / ARBITRATION RULES].

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

Any order will be automatically closed by the system if the loss reaches -30%.

The maximum duration for each order is 30 minutes, after which the order will be automatically closed.
